Top Medical Research's mission is to contribute to the development of pharmaceutical products and medical devices through the quality performance of clinical trials and to improve the health of individuals in our global community. We partner with research sponsors with the goal of consistently fulfilling enrollment expectations, providing high quality data, and demonstrating excellence in efficiency and professionalism.

We are an independent site located in Cutler Bay, FL, currently running clinical trials (phases I-IV) for the Industry, we have on board a group of highly qualified Doctors with a strong experience conducting clinical trials. Dr Jose L Ruiz, MD is our primary PI with more than 25 years conducting clinical trials with very successful results.

Each physician in our network is certified by the American Board and comes to our site with years of experience in their area of specialty.

Our site adheres to the International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) and Good Clinical Practice (GCP). GCP guidelines are in place to protect our patient’s rights and safety. All Top Medical Research clinical staff members are certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and/or Advanced Clinical Life Support (ACLS)
